Those fragments are pretty hard to get, you have 1/3333 chance to get one everytime you kill a robot, and the fragment you get depend on the robot you killed(ex: Aqua fragment for killing a water robot). If you got this badge, that means you've got a fragment, to see which fragments you have, take a look in the inventory.

Hidden batteries for ragebomb. If you've got it, you're pretty lucky because it's only a 1/13 chance to get everytime you open the daily gift, so you must be a lucky person to have that.
